Kale and Spinach mix with tomato, avocado, goat cheese, and sunflower seeds.
Spring mix with pomegranate seeds, diced yellow and orange peppers, cucumber, roasted chickpeas, and feta cheese.
Kale with cucumber, avocado, pear, pinenuts, and shredded swiss cheese.
Spinach with strawberries, pineapple, cucumber, almonds, and feta cheese.
Spring mix with roasted sweet potato, butternut squash, beets, and apple, and topped with roasted soy nuts.
Kale with sauteed mushrooms, onions, and peppers topped with feta cheese and olives.
Chop mix with cilantro, roasted corn, walnuts, chia seeds, avocado, tomatoes, and shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
Toss with your favourite salad dressing and enjoy! For an extra protein kick, you can also top with chicken, salmon, white fish, shrimp, or diced hard boiled egg.
